Southern Hibachi Express began as a single food truck with a simple idea: bring the spectacle and flavor of a hibachi grill straight to the streets of Arkansas. No reservations, no waiting around — just a flat-top fire, a hot plate of fried rice, and a generous drizzle of yum yum sauce.

We started in Greenbrier and have now spread to Maumelle, Clinton, and Russellville. Each location is run with the same belief: cook every order from scratch, treat every customer like a neighbor, and never compromise on portion size.
